The Western Sugar Cooperative is a farmer-owned cooperative headquartered in Denver, Colorado. All Shareholders are required to deliver sugarbeets to their respective processing factories in Fort Morgan, Colorado; Scottsbluff, Nebraska; Torrington, Wyoming; Lovell, Wyoming; or Billings, Montana.
Trading Requirements
All offers to purchase and offers to sell must be communicated with a Registered Representative in person or telephone no later than 5 pm (CST) on any business day.
Shareholder and the WSC cooperative are governed under Colorado State Statute, the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws of the Coop.
Shareholder must agree to enter into a Shareholder Agreement.
Shareholder must be qualified to be a member of the Coop.
$100 Common Share required (Voting Stock)
All transfers require WSC Board of Director approval.
No minimum ownership requirement.
