Trading Requirements
All offers to purchase and offers to sell must be communicated with a Registered Representative in person or telephone no later than 5 pm (CST) on any business day. Please note under available listings, the effective date is the first day a buyer can match an available listing.
Class E Capital Units
Corn Delivery required (Opt out for 1 cent per bushel)
2,500 bushels for each Capital Unit.
No voting rights
Minimum Ownership – 1 Capital Unit
Minimum Sale Increment – 1 Capital Unit
Membership Requirement - $50 one-time fee for new owners.
Administrative Fee - The member transferring capital units will be charged a fee of $50 per transferee.
Great Plains Ethanol LLC Board (d/b/a POET Biorefining - Chancellor) must approve all transfers.
Utilize ATS/QMS standards for selling and buying Units.
